'POCO_502 was one of those happy accidents that occur every once in a while . When Butchertown Social closed unexpectedly in 2019, we were all at a loss and wondering what would come next. We knew that we wanted to stay together, and we tried to brainstorm how to do that. Our passion for the food and beverage industry, and the love we have for each other, took us down a path called Pop-Ups. Thankfully, the MerryWeather gave us a chance to get back together and start a journey that has brought us everything we wanted . Our team consists of Connie Hartsock, Chris Pope , Bri Hlava and Matt Pope. Thank you all for the support and kindness.'

Bare Paws

Barepaws is the definition of a Mom and Pop- pop-up. Married couple Lauren and Ryan Westbay met slinging great food all over Louisville in places like bar Vetti, Pizza Lupo, Toastys Tavern, and North of Bourbon. 

This pop up takes the best of both sides of the culinary coin, bringing thoughtful ingredients and techniques to classic bar food and favorites such as fried chicken and Sunday brunch. They specialize in grub you can eat with your "bare paws" and snacks you can really sink your teeth into. 

Con Aji y Cafe

We are Alexandra and Felipe, Colombians with a great taste for cooking. Lovers of Latin flavors, we offer different options of Colombian street food and authentic Colombian coffee. Our forte is our delicious empanadas and arepas which we fill with different options; all our food is always accompanied by our extraordinary sauces Ají, Chimichurri, Tártara, Rosada and Piña, all made by us, all made just like at home.

Lou Øyster Cült was born out of a devotion to delicious bivalve delights and awful wordplay. Our ethos "Oysters for Everyone" brings this viscerally fun sea treat right to you - from dive bars and wine bars to public markets and dog-friendly outdoor patios. We source the freshest cold-water oysters from Canada, New England, the Pacific Northwest, and even as far as New Zealand - all served over crushed ice with an array of both classic and innovative homemade sauces. For the gourmand who prefers their seafood cooked, LØC always features a rotating seafood special.
